Switch to almond milk – homemade, healthy, pure, and It’s ridiculously easy! Made it three times and loved it.
You can use almond milk as an alternative to cooking with regular milk, coffee and snack.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup raw almonds
- 3 cups of filtered water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- dash of salt
If you like you can add natural sweeteners – 2 tbsp honey or 2 pcs dates. Just blend together with almonds.
Note: Store milk on refrigerator shelves where it is more cooler, rather than in the refrigerator doors. Fresh almond milk must be consumed within 2-3 days.

Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Soak almonds overnight with 4 cups water
Step 2
Drain and soak again with hot water for 15 minutes then remove the skin to avoid a bitter taste.
Step 3
Pour skinless almond & 3 cups filtered water into a blender. Add vanilla and a dash of salt. Blend on high speed for 2 to 3 mins.
Step 4
Drain through cheesecloth and transfer to a clean bottle.
